Run!!!!

Jon had this brilliant idea a few months ago that we should train for and run a half marathon in Jan. I've been running(not as faithfully as i probably should) But im a little more than half way in the half marathon milage. Its tough. Sometimes getting on that treadmill is the last thing i want to do. But the feeling you get when you've just finished running 5..6.. 7..8 miles.. its like nothing else. Exhausting. Yes. But as John Cougar would say -it "hurts so good".
Ive been putting off registering for this race. I dont know why. Procrastination has always been one of my greatest talents, so maybe its the realization that i will HAVE to run 13.1 miles and soon, has caught up to me... There is no stayin up the night before to finish preparing. Ive got to get going! But today i did it.!... I signed my life (ok, just $35 dollars)away and I'm going to run that race. ahh.:) I hope i'll be able to do it without dying. It'll be hard but something i've always wanted to do, so worth it im sure And who knows maybe i'll keep training for a whole marathon... some day... we'll see. but for the time being-does anyone have a spare knife?:)

Billy Reuben Baldwin

Poor Baby, and poor Mommy. Well Grey is trying to be like his big brother Jett already. Same Billy Count... Same Billy Bed. Hopefully he wont have to be in there too long. I think it's harder on mom than it is on baby :) You have to admit its cute though.

Baby Grey is Here!!

After many long awaited "last" weeks Dana finally had baby Grey. He was born on November 30, at 12:32pm. He was 8lbs 6oz and 21" long (Uncle Dr. Todd says he was over 41 weeks-Go Dana!) He is such a wonderful little baby. He already has rolly arms and thighs-ideal for squeezing. We love him so much and are sooo happy he's FINALLY here!!

Alesa's Birthday Suprise

So here's the story: Alesa's awesome roomate Amy decorated her office last night and gave me this confetti thing to blow up in her office. Well as you can see I obviously didnt get the concept of the whole thing. (Watch me struggle to twist it in the background.) Well i finally get it to turn, but i was expecting more like one of those pillsbury dough explosions from the middle, so the result was just scaring the crap out of alesa, and shooting confetti all over a coworkers child who happend to be standing right in the line of confetti fire. He of course went screaming to mom, while i swept the confetti into alesa's office. Not really the effect we were going for, but her office looks trashed none-the-less. And for those who know me I got what i wanted... a loud boom and a startled Birthday Girl!! Oh how i love to scare. Bwwwaaahahaha (insert evil laugh).

Halloween was so fun this year. Thank you to all who came.. to everyone else feel free to come next time. I didnt really tell anyone about it this year... we just had whoever wanted to come, sort of a non formal thing... It got pretty crowded in that little house of ours, but we still had fun.

Hello Everyone! Its that wonderful time of year again. Time to get out the sweaters, eat warm yummy soup, and sharpen all your pumpkin carving tools!(that or go buy some new cheap plastic ones at Walmart!) Have a FANTASTIC OCTOBER Everyone!! And remember..It's the SPOOKIEST time of year... Oh wait .. thats Christmas. haha. Well it's still the BEST time of year!

Meet our sweet new niece baby SHELBY!

Congratulations Nate and Katie! Shelby Ann Hammond was born on August 31 at about 1:30pm. She was 7lbs 1oz and 20" long. She is so beautiful! We are so happy to have this sweet new little niece in our lives. We love you baby Shelby!

Lund Family Reunion Ropes Course

This year at our Lund Family Reunion we got to do the Utah State Ropes Course. There's nothing like climbing a wall, walking across a log thats hanging 30 feet high, and being dropped out of the sky from who knows how high to bring a family closer.

Hiking

We have been going on Hikes every Saturday Morning. Its been so fun to find new trails and spend time together. Its my favorite new thing to do! Anyone else want to come?
